1. Acceptance
By accessing RYCP, signing in with Discord, creating or managing a profile, submitting a review, or adding the RYCP bot to a server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RYCP.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, you may use RYCP only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must also follow the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.
2. Accounts and authorization
RYCP uses Discord to identify users and connect reviews to accountable accounts. You are responsible for access to your Discord account and for activity performed through your RYCP session.
You may only manage a personal profile belonging to you. A server page may only be managed by the Discord server owner recognized by the connected bot. Do not impersonate another person, freelancer, staff member, organization or server.
3. Profiles and public information
Personal and server profiles may display a name, username, Discord ID, profile picture, banner, title, biography, rating statistics, approved reviews and a custom RYCP link. Information submitted for a public profile is intended to be publicly visible.
You must not publish private information, credentials, payment details, unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have permission to use.
4. Reviews and evidence
Reviews must describe a genuine experience and must be honest, relevant and written by the reviewer. Ratings use a one-to-five-star scale. Reviewers may attach supported files as evidence, subject to the displayed size and file-type limits.
Fake reviews, self-vouching, coordinated rating manipulation, alternate-account abuse, edited or misleading evidence, threats, harassment, discrimination, spam and paid undisclosed reviews are prohibited.
5. Moderation
Submitted reviews may remain pending until reviewed by authorized RYCP staff. RYCP may approve, deny, return to pending, edit the status of, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, correct abuse or comply with legal obligations.
Approval means the review passed the RYCP moderation process; it does not mean RYCP independently guarantees every statement, transaction, service or person mentioned in it.
6. Ratings and statistics
Public scores are calculated from approved reviews available to RYCP. Scores and statistics may change when reviews are approved, denied, removed or corrected. RYCP does not guarantee that a rating is complete, error-free or suitable as the sole basis for a hiring, purchase or moderation decision.
7. Bot and server use
When the RYCP bot is added to a Discord server, it may synchronize server details required to create and maintain the server page and provide review-related commands. Server owners and administrators remain responsible for their server configuration, permissions and compliance with Discord rules.
Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access staff-only tools, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, scrape restricted data or exploit vulnerabilities.
8. Suspension and removal
RYCP may restrict access, remove content, revoke a custom link, suspend a profile or block an account for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, abuse or legal requirements. Where appropriate, users may contact RYCP support through the official Discord community to ask about a moderation action.
9. Availability and third-party services
RYCP is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions or depend on third-party services such as Discord and hosting providers. RYCP is not responsible for third-party outages, account actions or services outside its control.
10. Intellectual property
Users retain responsibility for content they submit. By submitting public profile content or a review, you grant RYCP the limited permission needed to host, display, format, moderate and distribute that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
11. RYCP Pro subscriptions
RYCP Pro is a recurring monthly subscription with a three-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The current price and included features are shown before checkout. Stripe securely processes payments and billing details; RYCP does not store full payment-card details.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the trial or paid billing period. Except where required by law, fees already charged for a started billing period are not automatically refundable.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYCP is not liable for transactions, hiring decisions, disputes, losses, conduct or promises between users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as RYCP develops. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
