1. Who controls your data
RYCP, the operator of rycp.pro, controls the personal data used to provide the RYCP platform. Privacy requests are handled through the official RYCP Discord.
This notice applies to RYCP profiles, reviews, applications, Discord integrations, staff tools and RYCP Pro.
2. Data we collect
Discord identity: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar when you sign in or use connected bot features.
Profile content: the profile type, biography, headline, links, skills, portfolio projects, design settings, custom URL and server details you choose to provide.
Reviews and evidence: ratings, review text, reviewer and recipient IDs, attachments, moderation status, responses, reports and proof-case records.
Community activity: server registrations, applications, opportunities, notifications, staff applications and actions needed to protect the service.
Subscription records: Stripe customer and subscription references, status and renewal date. RYCP does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate members, create public reputation pages, publish approved reviews, prevent manipulation, investigate reports, operate server pages, provide applications and opportunities, deliver RYCP Pro, and keep the service secure.
Processing is based on providing the service you request, RYCP’s legitimate interest in protecting users and preventing fraud, consent where requested, and legal obligations where applicable.
4. What becomes public
Profile names, avatars, biographies, links, approved reviews, public responses, rating statistics, badges and server information may be visible to anyone. Pending or denied reviews, uploaded proof, staff notes, private applications and billing records are not displayed on public profiles.
Do not submit credentials, card details, private conversations without permission, or information you do not want RYCP staff to process.
5. Who receives data
RYCP uses Discord for identity and bot features, Stripe for checkout and subscription management, and its hosting and storage provider to run the website, database and private file storage. These providers process only the information needed for their services and operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
RYCP does not sell personal information. We do not provide personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Retention
Profile and account information is kept while your account is active. Reviews and moderation records are kept while needed to maintain an accurate reputation history, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Proof files and applications are kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, moderation, security or legal obligations.
When you use the account deletion control, RYCP removes the account data under its direct control, except limited records that must be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or document a prior moderation decision.
7. Your choices and rights
You can edit public profile information from the dashboard, download a copy of your RYCP data, and permanently delete your account from Your data & account. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, portability or objection through the official Discord.
Deleting RYCP does not delete your Discord account or information Stripe must retain independently.
8. Changes
We may update this notice as RYCP changes. The effective date below will be revised when material changes are published.
